Career Highlights

A quarter-century of proof, not just promises.

25+ Years of Retail Intelligence

From a decade inside Shoppers Stop during the early years of Indian visual merchandising, to founding NVISAGE and delivering 100's of retail concepts for national and international brands, including Ethnix by Raymond, House of Pataudi by Myntra and Cenzer Industries, Namrata has built a body of work that spans fashion, lifestyle, industrial and B2B categories.

Recognised, Awarded, Trusted with Results

Her creative direction for Ethnix by Raymond won Most Admired Design Concept at the Images Fashion Awards 2019. Her work at CMR Fashions drove 60%+ growth within six months of relaunch. At Shoppers Stop, her contributions delivered cost savings exceeding INR 50 lakh, sales growth of over 61% against target, proof that her design choices are always, ultimately, business choices.

Built for Both B2C and B2B

Namrata's range is unusual by design. She has shaped emotionally resonant flagship stores for fashion & lifestyle brands and translated the same shopper-behaviour thinking into high-stakes B2B environments, including exhibition experiences for Cenzer Industries that turned a technical product into a conversation and new business. Few retail experience designers move this fluently between a mall storefront and a trade-show booth; fewer still make both work equally hard.

Beyond the Launch

Namrata's work rarely ends at launch. For Ethnix by Raymond, she authored the guidelines that kept the store consistent, layout standards, VM protocols and planograms that let the brand replicate its best self across every outlet. For House of Pataudi by Myntra, after launching the brand's first physical store, Myntra brought her back to train their VM and operations teams directly, building design understanding into the team, not just the guidelines.

The Mission Statement

To deliver strategic retail design solutions that combine creativity with commercial clarity, optimising space, strengthening engagement and consistently driving measurable growth.

The Vision Statement

To empower the world's emerging retailers by becoming the essential partner for visual excellence, consistently transforming physical spaces into optimized sales engines through innovative, end-to-end design execution.

The Educator

Shaping the Next Generation of Retail Thinkers

Namrata teaching a retail brand communication class

Since 2014, Namrata has trained the professionals who will one day sit across the table from her. Alongside her consulting practice, Namrata is a visiting faculty member at the Xavier Institute of Communication (XIC), where she has spent over a decade mentoring postgraduate marketing and communication students in retail brand communication.

To date she has taught more than 1,000 future marketers how to read retail brands and their experiences the way she does; as a living, breathing extension of brand strategy, not a backdrop for products.
